Run the Day is the premier South Eastern PA Chronotrack timing partner!

Timing services include a 2-4 person timing crew arriving at your event at a time determined by you and your lead timer. Awards will be furnished minutes after the last person finishes the run. Online posting of results will be completed immediately. We will bring all necessary equipment to time your event and provide a full finishing chute. We have a double-back up system to ensure accuracy!

Computerized Pull-tab timing

Base Cost: Up to 250 runners is $600.00

If there are more than 250 runners, it is an additional $1 per runner.
Ex: 300 person race would have an additional charge of $50 (300-250)

Bibs:$5 per pack of 100
Race Day Data Entry:  $.50 per name (more than 50 people)

Course marking is also included in your race fees for races that take place on roads (not trail/field races).

RFID "Chip" Timing

We use computer technology to accurately and quickly time your event with the Chronotrack timing system, the industry’s most advanced timing system. Services include start and finish mats.

Base Cost:

Under 500 participants:  $750 + cost of chipped bibs ($1.30-$1.50/person depending on bib selected)
Over 500 participants:  $3.00 per runner, includes Run the Day chipped bibs (customized bibs available for an additional $.22/bib)
Bib Options:    $1.30 (Road ID bib)
$1.40 (Run the Day bib)
$1.50 (customized bib)
Race Day Data Entry:  $.50 per name (more than 50 people)

Timing with Run the Day also includes:

  • Ongoing support with your lead timer
  • Start/finish line clearly marked, large digital display clock
  • Course/mile markers provided if requested in advance by race director. Customized mile markers can be designed and printed and will be billed to the organization.
  • Organize runners prior to start and begin race (if requested) with air horn or starter pistol
  • Emailed results to runners at the conclusion of race with thank you letter (organization to provide content)
  • Searchable results posted online during the event
  • Downloadable finishers certificates, sharable on social media
