Join us on February 25th for a beautiful run or walk on a paved path next to the ocean. All participants receive a commemorative shirt, finisher medal, chip time, closed course with support, entry into the finish line festival and eligibility for age group and other awards. The last three years have taken a tremendous toll on our mental health. Now, we invite you to join us for the Self-Care 5/10K for a morning of celebration, support and some much needed ocean air! This event supports The Ruach International Foundation and their efforts to promote mental health awareness and self-care as a lifestyle. Mental health, just like any form of health, is constantly transforming and adjusting to our surroundings. 2020 put a spotlight on mental health because of all the changes we experienced around the world; lockdowns, isolation, job loss and more contributed to increased substance use, dependency, anxiety and depression. Mental health should be treated like we do with any other part of our body which is why self-care is essential to replenishing internal resources that may have been depleted.
