The 45th edition of the world-renowned Freihofer's Run for Women will take place in two formats this year. You can choose to participate either in person in downtown Albany on Saturday June 3, 2023 at 9am or virtually (choosing a date between 5/28/23 and 6/4/23 on a course you pick).
