The Freezer 5K Run and 1 Mile Family Fun Walk is a unique run along the beautiful powerline trail in Horsham Township. Put on your running shoes and come join us to raise money and help “fill the freezer” for Horsham families this holiday season. Proceeds will also benefit the Horsham Parks and Recreation Department. If you would like to donate a non-perishable food item there will be a drop off at the event and you will receive a surprise coupon for a local Horsham business! The Freezer 5K Run and 1 Mile Family Fun Walk is a fun event open to the whole family (experienced and novice runners/walkers welcome) and is a festive way to celebrate the season of giving. * Early packet/bib pick up will be held at the Horsham Library on 12/9/23 from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM or on the day of the race from 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM * On site registration: 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM * 1 Mile Family Fun Walk starts at 9:45 AM * 5K Race starts at 10:00 AM RACE DETAILS * The certified 5K course starts and finishes at Simmons Elementary on Babylon Road in Horsham, PA * Professionally chip timed by Run The Day, start to finish * Age category medals for top 3 in each category (5K only) *Prizes for top 3 overall in both Men's and Women's field * Smaller increments for youth categories - See category breakdown below * We even offer a stroller division!
