You can set up everything for your race—start times, event distances, and whether each event is timed or untimed—right from your dashboard.
Go to: Preview → Edit → Registration and adjust details in the Events section.
Q: Why can’t people register for my race and how do I fix registration issues?
Most registration issues happen because:
- There’s a gap between pricing tier start/end dates, or
- You’ve reached maximum capacity.

Q: How do I update or customize my race after publishing (details, photos, waiver, sponsors)?
You can update almost everything after publishing—race info, images, sponsor logos, waivers, and more. The only thing you cannot change is the race URL.
Q: How do cloning and annual race updates work?
You only need to build your race once. Each year, simply clone the event to launch next year's race instantly.
Q: How do I view or navigate the dashboard if UI elements are missing (scrolling, mobile, etc.)?
If you don’t see a scrollbar, use your mouse wheel, keyboard arrows, or swipe on mobile to scroll.
