Run the Day
provides organization, management, and timing services to ensure that
your event is successful. We handle the demanding race day
co-ordination, timing and results posting. We accurately wheel measure
your course, provide mile markers and directional markings. This allows
your event staff to fully concentrate on other event details.
We
provide the following necessary items: start/finish signs, chute
materials, traffic cones, starting sounds, megaphones, runner’s bibs,
pins, awards and medals. Run the Day partners with event coordinators
every step of the way to ensure all the bases are covered on race day.

Run the Day provides the following services:

FEE STRUCTURE -
PULL TAG TIMING:
| * $2.50 per participant with a $600 minimum fee (covers the first 240
racers). |
| * $0 .50 per
participant for data entry on the day of the race. |
| * Triathlons:
$2.50 per participant/team. $1.50 extra for each additional leg time (i.e. 3
split times is $5.50 per participant). |
FEE STRUCTURE -
CHIP TIMING:
| * $3.00 per
participant with a $1000 minimum fee (covers the first 333
racers). |
| * $0 .50 per
participant for data entry on the day of the race. |
| * $500 for
additional timing stations (i.e. start, splits). |
| * $1.50 per
unused tagged bib numbers. |
| * Triathlons:
$3.00 per participant/team. $1.50 extra for each additional leg time (i.e. 3
split times is $6.00 per participant) plus one time purchase of chip straps.
Please note that a Triathlon may require multiple timing stations and incur the
$500 fee for additional timing stations. |
FEE STRUCTURE -
OTHER EXPENSES:
| * $0.60 per mile
travel expenses round trip from Springfield, PA, if more then 20 miles away. |
| * Accommodations
for Run the Day's crew if overnight stay is required. |
| * $200.00 per
day rental for hand timing equipment if you want to time the event
yourself. |
